with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
1. Account Responsibilities
Schools must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your
account.
2. Usage Policy
- The software should only be used for legitimate school management purposes.
- Users must not attempt to breach the security or hack into the system.
- Bulk messaging/notifications should not be used for spamming purposes.
Note for Parents: VidhyaLitee acts as a facilitator for communication and payments. Any
disputes regarding school policy, marks, or attendance should be discussed directly with the school
administration.
3. Payments & Refunds (Crucial for Razorpay)
VidhyaLitee integrates with third-party payment gateways (Razorpay) to collect fees.
- Transaction Success: Once a payment is confirmed by the gateway, a digital receipt
is generated.
- Refund Policy: Any refund for school fees must be claimed directly from the school.
VidhyaLitee is not responsible for refunding school fees once the amount is settled to the school's
account.
- Technical Errors: In case of a double-deduction due to a technical glitch, users
can contact support@vidhyalitee.com for assistance.
4. Data Ownership
The school retains all rights to the student and staff data uploaded to the platform. VidhyaLitee will not
share or use this data for third-party marketing.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service immediately, without prior notice, if
these Terms are breached.
